    Yes. Fractional CPO engagements follow the same embedded model, focused on product strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and product team leadership. Many engagements combine fractional CTO and CPO coverage under one consultant, which is particularly useful for early-stage companies where product and technology decisions are inseparable.

    Most engagements begin within two weeks of the first call. The sequence: 30-minute discovery call, one-week assessment, scope and pricing agreement, then engagement start. For urgent interim CTO coverage, we have started engagements inside seven days.

    Our deepest experience is in financial services, fintech, insurance, software and SaaS, healthcare, logistics, and regulated e-commerce. We do not take on fractional CTO engagements in industries where we cannot bring meaningful domain context from day one.
